Cleaning Process

Our standard house cleaning service covers the following areas:

Kitchens

  • Clean facings of cabinets
  • Clean and disinfect counter-tops and sink
  • Clean table and chairs
  • Clean exterior off all appliances
  • Vacuum, Mop, Sweep floors

Bathrooms

  • Wash and disinfect tub, shower and toilet
  • Windex all glass, polish chrome
  • Wipe exterior of vanity cabinets
  • Shake rugs
  • Wash floors

Bedrooms

  • Dust window sills and tops of windows
  • Change linens if left on bed
  • Dust and wipe all furniture (dresser, nightstand)
  • Dust woodwork as needed
  • Clean glass with Windex
  • Vacuum rugs/ vacuum/wet mop/dust hardwood floors (under bed if accessible)

Dining Rooms

  • Dust and wipe all furniture
  • Dust woodwork as needed
  • Vacuum rugs/vacuum/wet mop hardwood floors

Living Rooms

  • Dust window sills and tops of windows
  • Dust and wipe all furniture, woodwork
  • Windex glass
  • Vacuum carpets/vacuum/dust/wash hardwood floors

Additional Services

In addition to our standard cleaning (see above), we also offer the following options with our house cleaning service:

Other requests can be done for the cost of additional time.

Pricing & Payment

All initial cleanings are charged by the hour at $60.00/hour, which includes a two person team. If the size of your house is bigger than average, we might send a three person team. After the initial cleaning, we charge a flat rate per house, offering progressive discounts depending on the frequency of the cleaning. Payment is due at the time of the scheduled cleaning.
